From banking foundations to

My career in finance started in 1986 when I joined the Commonwealth Bank at just 16. I spent the next 18 years working across branches in Southern Tasmania, learning every aspect of consumer banking. Those early years taught me the importance of listening, building trust, and offering straightforward, practical support, values that will shape how I work today.
Over time, I became more focused on lending and took on a role as a mortgage loan writer. It was a natural transition, working more closely with individuals and families to support them through big decisions like buying a home. That experience led me to become a Credit Representative under the National Mortgage Brokers licence, a role I’ve proudly held for more than a decade.
Now working independently, I help clients explore lending options that suit their unique circumstances, not just today, but with a view to the future. I offer guidance that’s personal, informed, and rooted in experience.
Along the way, I’ve stayed close to the community, supporting our local football club and sharing in the wins when clients achieve their goals. For me, this work is never just about the numbers. It’s about helping people make confident, well-supported financial decisions.
